Guidelines

Please keep in mind the deadlines highlighted in the “Important dates” section and follow the guidelines for preparing and submitting your abstract(s).

Submission of abstracts

Submitted abstracts should preferably be original. If an abstract has been presented before, relevant information should be included in the submission form. Original abstracts will be prioritised by the Programme Committee during the selection procedure.

Abstract submission portal

All abstracts should be submitted via the abstract submission portal. Abstracts sent by e-mail or by other means will not be considered. The submitting author of the abstract must be the presenting author but does not have to be the first author. Please verify that you have filled in the submitting author’s name and e-mail address correctly, as these details will be used for further correspondence with the author(s). All correspondence concerning the abstract will be sent to the submitting author’s e-mail address. The abstract submission portal will guide you through the process of submitting your abstract. The abstract submission form is straightforward, and explanatory notes are provided below the fields to be completed.
