Posters in JPG or MP4 format (preferably JPG) should be sent via email to: Q2026HR@dzs.hr. We kindly ask authors to use the same email address from which they submitted their abstracts.

Guidelines for papers

• Deadline for submission of papers (full text) 22 May 2026.
• Papers are expected in English.

Guidelines for presentations

• Deadline for submission of presentations 12 May 2026.
• Presentations are expected in English.
• Each presentation should not exceed 10–15 minutes (5 minutes in case of Speed talk sessions).
• Authors are expected to present in person; in any other case please inform the Conference organizing team as soon as the reason occurs.

Guidelines for posters

• Deadline for submission of presentations 12 May 2026.
• Poster sessions will be held by displaying the presentations on vertical LED screens. Dimensions of each screen are 64*192 cm. The presentations should be prepared as 344*1032 px JPEG picture or MP4 video and can be controlled by your laptop or even your mobile phone. Please be advised that the display is tall and displaying area reaches the floor, so avoid placing important elements of your presentation near the bottom of the display as it won't be easily seen.
