How to register

‍During the registration process you will be able to:

  • buy additional services like places in the trainings and conference dinner;
  • pay by bank transfer;
  • send us a copy of your bank transfer.

Once your registration process is completed:

  • You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process was successfully completed. The e-mail will also contain payment information. To avoid spam, please validate the conference e-mail address in your e-mail account.
  • After identification of your payment, you will receive a second e-mail confirming your registration and all services booked. Please check carefully that all of the services were booked correctly.

Payment method

Please note, payment is exclusively by bank transfer and in EUR.
The payment should be made no later than 22 May 2026.
To avoid any problems with payments please use the bank transfer details provided in the first e-mail you will receive.
After payment is made, an e-mail with a copy of the proof of payment, clearly stating the name of the participant, should be sent to the secretariat (Q2026HR_payment@dzs.hr) to validate the registration. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.

Payment policy

Registration and the full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the conference events.
Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type.
An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until it is fully paid.

Confirmation

If you do not receive an automatic confirmation reply within 24 hours, please contact the technical secretary of the conference (Q2026HR@dzs.hr).

Final invoice

The final invoice will be issued based on the details that were provided while registering in the step “Contact/invoice details”.
Any change of such details is possible before the conference is over and will be subject to a €15 fee.

If you need a pro forma invoice, we can provide one for you so that you can process the payment within your institution’s administrative process. After receiving the payment receipt, the conference secretariat will issue the invoice.

Registration cancellation conditions

Any bank charges incurred through the reimbursement of a cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat (Q2026HR@dzs.hr).

Group registrations

For group registrations and hotel bookings, please contact the secretariat.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include a participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

When registering we recommend to use one of the latest supported browser versions like Edge, Chrome, Mozilla, Opera or Safari.
