How to register

‍During the registration process you will be able to:

  • pay the participation fee and send us a copy of your payment receipt;
  • purchase additional services such as training participation and the accompanying person's Welcome Reception fee;
  • indicate interest in the Conference Dinner and Welcome Reception.

Once your registration process has been completed:

  • You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process has been successfully completed. The e-mail will also contain payment information. To avoid spam filters, please add the conference e-mail address to your safe senders list.
  • After your payment has been identified, you will receive a second e-mail confirming your registration and all booked services. Please check carefully that all services have been booked correctly.

Payment method

Please note that payment is accepted exclusively by bank transfer and must be made in EUR.
The payment should be made no later than 22 May 2026.
To avoid any issues with payments, please use the bank transfer details provided in the first e-mail you receive.
After payment has been made, an e-mail with a copy of the proof of payment, clearly stating the name of the participant, should be sent to the Organising Team (Q2026HR_payment@dzs.hr) in order to validate the registration. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.

Payment policy

Registration and full payment of all fees are required to attend any conference event.
Please make sure to pay your conference attendance fee before the deadline of 22 May 2026.
An unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered valid until it has been paid in full.

Confirmation

If you do not receive an automatic confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the Organising Team (Q2026HR@dzs.hr).

Final invoice

The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during registering in the “Contact/invoice details” step.

If you need a pro forma invoice, we can provide one so that you can process the payment through your institution’s administrative procedures. After receiving the payment receipt, the Organising Team will issue the final invoice.

Conference Dinner (4 June)

  • When booking accommodation, add the Conference Dinner directly via the registration link. Once you select your room, you will be offered the option to include and pay for the Conference Dinner during the same registration process.
  • If not booked in advance, you can arrange your dinner reservation and payment through Amadria Park call centre by phone: +385 22 361 001 or by email: info@amadriapark.com
  • Payment is also possible at the hotel reception (Amadria Park hotels). However, as last-minute payments hinder planning, we recommend booking in advance via the registration link.

Registration cancellation conditions

Any bank charges incurred as part of the reimbursement for a cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Organising Team (Q2026HR@dzs.hr).

Group registrations

For group registrations and hotel bookings, please contact the Organising Team.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include a participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to obtain adequate personal insurance coverage.

When registering we recommend using one of the latest versions of a supported browser, such as Edge, Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, or Safari.
