We kindly remind participants that the Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee. Accompanying persons are also invited to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner for an additional fee, payable in the participants' registration form.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Time: 18:30 to 21:00
Location: En Vogue Beach Bar, Amadria Park

On the first day of the Conference, participants are invited to join the Welcome Reception at the En Vogue Beach Club, an exceptional seaside venue offering a relaxed setting for networking and informal socialising.

With a stunning view of the sunset and the sound of the sea in the background, the En Vogue Beach Club provides the perfect backdrop for meeting fellow participants and starting the Conference in a welcoming atmosphere.

The Welcome Reception will begin with a group photo session on the beach, next to the beach bar, setting the tone for a memorable start to our time together.

CONFERENCE DINNER

Time: 18:30 to 22:00
Location: Mediterranean City, Amadria Park

On the second day of the Conference, the Conference Dinner will be held in the Mediterranean City, located within Amadria Park.

This distinctive setting, designed as a vibrant seaside promenade, offers an inviting atmosphere for an evening of relaxed socialising and fine dining. The Conference Dinner, set in a Mediterranean ambience, provides an ideal opportunity to continue conversations and strengthen connections established during the Conference in an elegant yet informal environment.
