Insurance
The organisers cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any person or property, or for additional expenses resulting from any changes, whatever their cause.
It is recommended that participants arrange their health and travel insurance.
Personal data
The information collected during the registration process will only be used to process your registration and to send you information about the conference. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics (Q2026).
As the conference will be filmed, by registering for it you are consenting to the collection and dissemination of images in which your person may be included.
During the Conference
Registration Desk
Located on the left following the entrance to the Convention Centre. Please register at the Registration Desk, where you will receive your accreditation. For security and organisational reasons, wearing the accreditation is mandatory throughout the Conference, including during all social programme events.
Info Point
Located on the right following the entrance to the Convention Centre. The members of the Q2026 Organising Team will be at your disposal for all your questions.
After the Conference
Certificates
Keep an eye on your e-mail inbox. The week after the conference, all attendees will receive a certificate of attendance. Presenters also will receive a certificate of their oral or poster presentation.
Photos and videos
Visit the conference website to download photos and videos for future reference.
